Iván González has more than eighteen (18) years of experience in the real estate sector, backed by a strong academic background and a professional career focused on the development, structuring, and closing of highly complex real estate transactions.

He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Solvay Business School at the Université Libre de Bruxelles, and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a concentration in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville in the United States of America.

Throughout his career, he has specialized in the commercial, industrial, and logistics sectors, distinguishing himself as an expert in the structuring and marketing of land for residential and commercial real estate developments, industrial projects, logistics parks, and corporate transactions. He has also successfully advised investors, family offices, and real estate funds on the acquisition, structuring, and management of commercial investment assets.

In addition to his role as Managing Partner at Private Real Estate, Iván González is a co-founder and Director of Cervecería Central, and has experience in strategic and business consulting, which strengthens his entrepreneurial vision and allows him to bring a comprehensive, analytical, and value-driven approach to every project he leads.

On a personal level, he is a soccer fan and the father of three children—qualities that reflect his discipline, commitment, and long-term vision.
